I was feeling pretty exhausted all week. Came home from work today determined to get some rest. Settled in for nap. I woke up & I felt panicked! OMG! What time is it? Where am I? How long was I asleep? My heart was pounding so hard I became wide awake instantaneously! Well, panic wound down somewhat when I realized I'd only slept 3 hrs. I think it was disconcerting because I fell asleep in the light & woke up in the dark. Damn, daylight savings! My mood: somewhat awake This Blog Entry's Comment Board (1 comment)
